The hotel room was a mix of good and bad. It was nice, clean, and functional, but disappointing that the kitchenware we asked for wasn't provided as expected.
I was pleasantly surprised by our room with a kitchenette that had a view of both the pool and the ocean. Overall, we were pleased with our spacious and clean room and would love to stay there again. However, being located right outside the lift led to some disturbance in the early morning due to staff activities.
The room definitely needs some attention, as it was old and had some cleanliness issues, but it was spacious. The service was hit or miss, with a mix of helpful and unhelpful encounters. The location was convenient for highway access and had nice pool service. The dining experience was subpar with slow service and quality issues. Facilities overall were average.
